I got a virus, and all I've installed this month was a fitgirl repack ...
Malwarebytes. Use hitmanpro to clean your computer, it will tell you everything that it detects and it's free to use. If it detects anything, you can goto the folder where it is detected and submit it to virustotal to see if it has been uploaded already and also see where it came from/files it is associated with.
